Acceptance

By using RareDex ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What RareDex Does

RareDex identifies Pokémon TCG cards using your device camera, retrieves live market prices from third-party sources, and optionally exports your scan list to a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive.

Use of the App

• RareDex is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Use for automated scraping or bulk commercial price harvesting is not permitted.
• Scan limits may apply to free accounts. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.
• You are responsible for how you use the pricing data the app surfaces. Market prices are sourced from third parties and may not reflect current retail values.

Google Account & Sheets Access

Signing in with Google grants RareDex permission to write to your Google Sheets. We only access the sheet we create on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Pricing Data

Market prices shown in the app are sourced from TCGPlayer and Limitless TCG and are retrieved in real time. RareDex does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any pricing information. Always verify prices before making trade or purchase decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RareDex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of card identification, or accuracy of pricing data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RareDex and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including losses based on inaccurate card identification or pricing data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
